I worked with Defender Maintenance & Repair to develop a full brand identity for an appliance repair company. The company was looking for a modern visual style with a vintage twist. I created a custom illustrated brand character to give the business a friendly, retro-inspired personality and designed business cards, fleet vehicle wraps, and digital graphics. I also developed the tagline, “When your appliances are in despair, call DEFENDER Maintenance & Repair,” to match the playful, nostalgic tone of the brand. The result was a cohesive identity that stood out in a traditionally utilitarian industry, while reinforcing trust and approachability. I collaborated closely with the business owner to ensure the brand felt true to their vision and values.
